EGM Minutes

At the EGM held on the 1st February it was agreed to increase this seasons membership fees due to the significant increase in hall hire fees imposed by Rolls-Royce Leisure.

Per the EGM minutes below the increase in fees for this season are:

Adult Members = £65

Concession Members = £45

Junior Members = £22

I appreciate that increasing the fee part way through the season would normally be an unreasonable thing to do. Unfortunately we have to do this due to RR Leisure significantly increasing the hall hire fees and failure to increase our membership fees would result in the Club becoming bankrupt.

It would be appreciated if you could make this additional payment at your earliest convenience as this is a very difficult position for all of us. If you are making the payment by bank transfer then please let me know.
